10 of 10. Car tire busted, couldn't really afford to get 2 like necessary. Communicated this to the employees, they set us up with such a good deal in our budget. Aiden, you made a bad situation become the most stress free solution. Husband and I will be back before!

I had a disappointing experience when I first walked into Discount Tire. Trevor’s customer service was lacking. When I arrived, he wasn’t assisting another customer—he appeared to be working on the computer. He briefly spoke to another customer and then went right back to the screen without acknowledging me. I completely understand employees have work to do, but a simple “I’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way. Instead, I stood there for about seven minutes feeling completely invisible. Thankfully, Adam walked in and immediately offered to help. I asked who the manager was, and he pointed him out. Since the manager was busy on the floor, I told Adam I didn’t want to interrupt him and would just leave a review instead. Adam still took the time to listen, apologized for my experience, and made sure everything was taken care of. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern completely turned the situation around. Thank you, Adam, for providing excellent customer service. Employees like you make all the difference.

JEFF IS GREAT. and so is everyone else. Been coming to different discount tires for 5 years for my lifted tacoma and have always had great service. Jeff was the first to find out I have been running too shallow of lug nuts this whole time! He showed me the discrepancy and quickly fixed it with some deeper lug nuts that in turn also fixed a vibration issue I had. Always recommend going to discount tire.

Great customer service. Everyone was very helpful. Had a tire blow out on my horse trailer. They had 4 tires in stock and got me changed out and back on the road quickly. Even got water for my horse!

Update… received a call from store and spoke to a manager. Everything was talked about. The manager was super nice and understood the point I was trying to make. I will continue going to discount tire. It was just a misunderstanding. People make mistakes…… Got a tire rotation and balance, noticed extreme vibration as soon as I got on highway. Called store and they told me to book another appointment online. Got the first available convenient appointment which was 2 weeks later. When I finally took my truck back to store to see what’s going on the sales associate said it was my fault the tire busted even though I noticed vibration right when I left the store 2 weeks earlier. Tires were old anyways, didn’t mind paying for a new one. Just a shame they put a faulty tire back on my car and put my family in jeopardy. Probably will look for a new tire shop. This is the second major issue I have had with this location.
